Both sizes were close to the max. How would AC even make the 650B size limit smaller than the 700c if they wanted to? I know it's a new frame, so it could be different, but I still can't picture the width being less at the smaller diameter. I've toured much of the C&O and GAP (and a little Katy) rail trails on this rig.
