Like you, I have more than a few bikes w/a variety of tire sizes. I put together a spreadsheet for tire pressures that utilizes a formula I found on the web which is supposed to be based on the Berto 15% tire drop method of ideal pressure. I've found it to be very useful. That is, it's pretty much spot n for all my bikes and for a couple the recommended pressures were eye opening.
