And, that strap going around the stem and over the upper crossbar means that even if you could get something to mount to those non-standard shapes, you can't because of the straps.

Also, I see a lot of aerobars in ultra length gravel events, how does one begin to mount those?Barturtlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11254508016010291461noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12831567.post-4059218011948528652018-03-15T10:18:42.835-05:002018-03-15T10:18:42.835-05:00Where does one mount anything on those bars? But that's maybe because they are designed as racing road bikes with just wider tires.

Regarding the Hover bars - the thing I find most difficult to accept about this design is that is effectively locks you into using these bars only on the Grail bike. It would be very difficult to swap them with another bars as you would need some wacky, non-standard stem.bostonbybikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16002562971047930168noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12831567.post-45970839614067311592018-03-15T09:15:59.009-05:002018-03-15T09:15:59.009-05:00@Ed- I already touched on this in the post regardi...@Ed- I already touched on this in the post regarding 29"er geo.
